The service we supply are including design, quotation, produce, testing, sea/air shipment, quality control, install service, after-sale service.
- Design: Our designer will do the plan graph drawing first based on clients playground site drawing, or photo with detail size, length, width, height. If there are any pillars or obstacles in the location, client also need to measure their size to avoid them. After plan graph drawing confirmed, we will design the 3D playground project items.
- Quotation: 3D playground items confirmed, we will send the detail price sheet with items photo, name, quantity, size, material, price, delivery date, payment term.
- Produce: Materials prepared and items produced after order confirmed.
- Testing: Usually we can do the ASTM, TUV EN, CPSC, some materials fire retardant testing based on clients requirement.
- Sea/air shipment: We can contact with shipping forwarder to book the air shipment or sea shipment, so the playground items will be well delivered to clients’country.
- Quality control: Our professional QC and technicians will inspect the playground items before delivery to make sure quality is good.
- Install service: Our technician workers are able to go to install for clients in their countries.
- After-sales service: Usually our warranty is 1 year for the playground items, you can contact with us if any help need.
